TPIN, The Trumpet Players' International Network is an e-mail discussion list that has been in existence since December of 1993. TPIN was the first online trumpet discussion list to exist on the Internet and was founded long before the World Wide Web. TPIN originally came from Dana College and was moved in 2004 to Oklahoma City University. After a brief time in 2013 on Yahoo Groups, TPIN is now hosted with help from trumpeters Jeff Purtle (https://www.purtle.com) and Dave Arndt (http://www.3rdValve.net). Michael Anderson (http://www2.okcu.edu/music/faculty_detail.aspx?id=michaelanderson@okcu.edu) remains as Administrator.
